The bag itself feels super high-quality - the material is thick and durable, the zippers are high-quality, and the strap is nicely padded and comfortable to wear.
The main compartment holds quite a lot - the back is actually designed to carry a small device (eg tablet), so there is a divider inside the main pocket, and the back portion (that rests against the wearer's back) has a firm padding to prevent damage to a device.
In front of that divider is a spacious pocket that easily fits my upright 20oz steel water bottle in addition to several other items.
There is also a separate zipper pocket on the front of the bag that holds lots of small items and also contains a key clip.
There is one more pocket on the strap itself, which is convenient for accessing small things while wearing the bag.
This pocket is not only large, but also has a stretchy side material which means it can stretch to accommodate larger items easily.
The zippers are all on the left SIDE of the bag, rather than opening from the top like a backpack. This actually makes items very easy to reach while wearing - it just takes a slight rotation of the bag around the left side of your body and you can easily reach inside without taking off the bag.
When you do need to take off the bag, there is a clip on the strap (just below the pocket) so you can actually unclip and take off/put back on without having to swing the bag up over your head.
This is a perfect bag if you are going to be out all day and just need to carry a few things with you.
It is kind of small; it probably wouldn't hold anything much larger than an iPad.
But, since it isn't huge, you don't run the risk of overpacking when you're going somewhere that you don't wanna lug a heavy backpack around all day.
And it is very versatile with lots of pockets.
There is a medium-sized pocket on the front that has a hook in it so that you don't have to fish for your keys.

My Pro Max fit, but I find that it is much better for credit/debit cards and money, and when I put my phone in the bag, I put it in the front pocket.

This Hurley bag was a bit bigger than anticipated, although it still works for my daughter.
She has diabetes and has been using this as her diabetes bag and it is able to fit everything she needs day to day in it.
